We offer a blend of contemporary and traditional Martial Arts training, as well as Self-Defense Classes, Birthday Parties, Open Gym Fun Nights and other events.
Little Tigers. Our Little Tigers program is geared for children, ages 3-6. This half-hour class is packed full of fitness, motor skills development, and martial arts. Each aspect is presented in a fun, easy to grasp manner which includes games and drills.
Young Dragons, Teens, Adults. Ages 7 and up. Classes emphasize martial arts excellence; which includes physical fitness, improvement of self-image and confidence.
Tai Chi Chuan (Tae Guk Kwan). Recommended for adults; however, some teens and children may benefit from the program. Tai Chi is excellent for low impact exercise and has been proven to aide in balance, ease of movement and focus.
Self-Defense. All ages. The average person has a one-in-four chance of experiencing violent crime. The best protection is prevention. Short of that, your best chance is to fight back. Be prepared! Schedule a session now for your family, your social circle, your business, civic, or church group.
Open Gym Fun Nights. Scheduled for Fridays, usually twice a month. Parents drop of their children for a couple of hours and have a night out knowing the kids are safe and will have a blast playing freely, making new friends, watching movies, or just doing nothing.
